D-SHAPE RFI SHIELDING GASKETS

WITH VERY HIGH BOND PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE MOUNTING. Three common sizes each with a CuNi metalized fabric outer surface. Universally functional for most applications – our most popular style, the D-shape, allows omni-directional compression loading from any angle. Adhesive mounting is quick and easy on any surface.

MICRO D-SHAPE RFI SHIELDING GASKETS

WITH VERY HIGH BOND PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE MOUNTING. Very similar to the larger D-shaped shielding gaskets above except that the compression force has been scaled to allow for optimum contact resistance properties on such a small cross-sectional profile. Excellent for omni-directional compression loading from any angle. Popular for groove-mounting or surface mounting. Very High Bond pressure sensitive adhesive cures to full strength within 24 hours exhibiting high-tack properties within a very small area – eliminating the need for space-consuming larger profiles such as P-shapes or various mechanical clip-on configurations.

LOW PROFILE RECTANGULAR RFI SHIELDING GASKETS

WITH VERY HIGH BOND PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE MOUNTING. Three sizes offer very low relaxed and compressed heights. Available in popular CuNi conductive metalized surface for most applications. Low profile with very low compression force required.

SHIELDING CONTACTS

WITH VERY HIGH BOND PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE MOUNTING. Very low profile and low compression force(.060” 1,5mm compresses to .015” 0,4mm) . Positioning at intervals provides electrical contact between opposing metal surfaces. See “Shielding Effectiveness vs. Frequency” chart on previous page for proper gap spacing. The CuNi metalized surface is compatible with most applications. Simple adhesive mounting. Excellent alternative to liquid dispensed “form-in-place” gaskets due to small size.

D-SUBMINIATURE SHIELDING GASKETS

VERY CONFORMABLE TO IRREGULAR SURFACES. Eliminates any gap problem between connector and I/O surface plates. Compresses from .100” to .025” (2,5 to 0,6mm). Outside conductive surface is metalized CuNi fabric at 0.005 to 0.010Ω/lin.in. surface resistivity. Five sizes up to 50-conductors.
