RFI-EMI optical display shielding
RFI-EMI OPTICAL DISPLAY SHIELDING
WITH INTEGRAL SHIELDING GRID PATTERN ON SINGLE LAYER

APPLICATIONS

Displays of all types: plasma, LCD, CRT and similar display openings

This innovative construction approach utilizes the most current printed circuit board and flex-circuit technology – a polyester substrate with CuNi metal cladding laser cut to exact openings. No mesh lamination; instead a dimensionally accurate and consistent metal shielding pattern for optimum overall light transmission and shielding effectiveness.

Mounts easily and securely to glass or plastic viewing surfaces by removing the protective liner from the adhesive rear surface. Thin .007” (0,178mm) cross-section allows maximum design flexibility for new or retrofit applications. Front surface includes the bonded integral shielding grid pattern allowing direct contact to the bezel or bus surround. Optionally, a conductive interface gasket between the conductive grid and bezel offers additional contact pressure and environmental sealing (see our “Metalized Fabric Shielding Gasket” section for various shapes and sizes for common applications).

  • Standard 23.5” x 40.0” (597,0 x 1016,0mm) sheet sizes for die cutting, shearing, or hand-cutting to size.
  • Only one .007” (0,178mm) thick layer with integral metal grid pattern – no multi-layer mesh laminations.
  • Self-adhering adhesive mounting to any surface.
  • Emissions and immunity protection; ESD and grounding applications.
